Escape the everyday and immerse yourself in seven days of deep practice in the lush jungles of Ubud. Each morning begins with Ashtanga-inspired flow, each afternoon with restorative yin, and each evening with a long sound bath to melt away the day.
Set in the iconic Yoga Barn compound, this retreat is limited to 16 participants to ensure a deeply personal experience. All meals are plant-based and lovingly prepared by the in-house kitchen team.
Whether you are deepening an existing practice or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this retreat meets you exactly where you are.
What to Expect
Each day follows a gentle rhythm: morning yoga, a nourishing breakfast, afternoon workshop, free time to explore Ubud, and an evening sound healing session.
- Ashtanga vinyasa builds heat through a set sequence of postures linked by breath.
- Yin yoga targets deep connective tissue with long, passive holds.
- Kundalini combines mantra, breathwork, and movement to awaken dormant energy.
- Sound healing uses singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks to recalibrate the nervous system.
- Cacao ceremonies open the heart space and set intention through communal ritual.

The Venue
The Yoga Barn is Ubud's most beloved wellness hub. Nestled in a river valley surrounded by rice paddies, its open-air shalas are designed for deep practice and total immersion.

This retreat is co-led by Sarah Chen and the Bali Yoga Collective team. Combined, they bring over 30 years of teaching experience across Ashtanga, Yin, and sound healing traditions.
