Welcome to Sangha. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sangha web application at ~[HelloSangha.com](https://hellosangha.com) ~ (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
§ 2 Definitions
“Account” refers to your personal user profile on Sangha. “You” or “Customer” means the individual using the Service under these Terms.
§ 6 Pricing & Billing
All fees, including applicable taxes and any currency conversions, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may perform zero-amount or small refundable authorizations to verify your payment method. Receipts for successful charges are sent via email, and you may request invoices by contacting ~[hello@hellosangha.com](mailto:hello@hellosangha.com)~.
§ 7 Cancellations & Refunds (Summary)
For details on timeframes for canceling unactivated items, the handling fee of USD 2.00, and eligibility for refunds, please see our separate ~[Orders & Refunds Policy](/refunds)~ page. That policy governs all questions of cancellation, refund requests, and processing fees.
§ 9 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
You must use Sangha only in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party rights. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Service, introduce malware or launch attacks against our infrastructure, share your Account credentials with others, or upload infringing or harmful content.
§ 11 Disclaimers & Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Sangha does not warrant uninterrupted access, coverage, or compatibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of implied warranties, so this section may not apply where prohibited.
§ 12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sangha and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for direct damages is capped at the total fees you have paid to Sangha in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
§ 13 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sangha, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
§ 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Gibraltar, or, where mandatory, to the courts of your jurisdiction. Class or representative actions are not permitted.
§ 15 Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Orders & Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sangha. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; Sangha may assign them freely. Sangha is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its control. The English version of these Terms prevails over any translation.
