Open the heart through sacred cacao, intention-setting, and communal ritual

Instructor(s)
Join Sacred Spaces Healing for a full moon cacao ceremony at Beachside Shala. We gather under the stars to drink ceremonial-grade cacao, share intentions, and open the heart space through song, breathwork, and guided meditation.
Cacao is a gentle plant medicine — legal, safe, and deeply nourishing. Contraindications are rare but include antidepressants (SSRIs/MAOIs) and serious heart conditions. Please contact us if you are unsure.
What Is a Cacao Ceremony?
Ceremonial cacao has been used in Mesoamerican traditions for thousands of years as a heart-opening plant medicine. Unlike a chocolate bar, ceremonial cacao contains significantly higher levels of theobromine and anandamide — compounds that gently expand awareness and soften emotional armour.
A cacao ceremony typically includes: drinking the cacao with intention, guided meditation or breathwork, music and dance, sharing circles, and silence. Each ceremony is unique.
