Personal Yoga Class with Tala
One-on-one and small-group yoga, tuned to your body and your pace.
A weekly personal yoga session with Tala — held intimately in Ubud for up to six practitioners. Each class is shaped around the people in the room: where your body is today, what your breath is asking for, and what you want to carry off the mat.
Expect a gentle Hatha-rooted flow, breathwork, and a long closing meditation. Beginners and curious bodies welcome — modifications are always offered, and there's no performance, no chanting, no incense unless you ask for it.
What to expect
Class begins in stillness — five minutes of arrival breath, sensing into the body. From there we move through a slow standing sequence, into longer-held floor postures, and close with pranayama and a guided rest.
What to bring
Mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are all provided. Bring water, comfortable clothes you can move in, and — if you have one — a journal for the integration moment at the end. No experience or flexibility required.
- Ashtanga vinyasa builds heat through a set sequence of postures linked by breath.
- Yin yoga targets deep connective tissue with long, passive holds.
- Kundalini combines mantra, breathwork, and movement to awaken dormant energy.
- Sound healing uses singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks to recalibrate the nervous system.
- Cacao ceremonies open the heart space and set intention through communal ritual.
