100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

100 hours

A 100-hour advanced teacher training in alignment, sequencing and yoga therapy — rooted in Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra and grounded in functional anatomy. Ten days of instruction in Uluwatu, Bali, designed for qualified teachers ready to refine their hands, their eye and their teaching voice.

The curriculum moves between posture clinics, partner adjustment labs, sequencing workshops and yoga therapy foundations. You learn to read bodies, respond with safe touch, and build classes that balance precision with presence. Take it as a stand-alone module or as part of Salty Prana's 300-hour YTT pathway.

The Training Experience

This is a teacher's training, not a personal retreat. The days are structured around skill-building: morning asana labs, afternoon sequencing workshops, evening philosophy and integration circles. You'll spend time on the mat, time in the anatomy room, and time practising adjustments on your peers.

The approach treats alignment as recognition rather than correction — working with each body's unique structure rather than forcing it into an ideal shape. Functional anatomy meets Tantric embodiment. You'll learn to see skeletal variation, read myofascial lines, and understand how the nervous system shapes movement. Then you'll apply that knowledge through hands-on partner work, building confidence in consent-based touch and energetic cueing.

Sequencing labs move beyond template flows. You'll design classes through elemental and Tantric lenses, build peak-pose progressions, and learn to weave meditation and pranayama into dynamic sequences. The training also introduces yoga therapy foundations — tools for adapting practice to different bodies, injuries and therapeutic contexts.

The teaching team brings complementary perspectives: Celine's background in Tantric philosophy and embodied movement, Benjamin's grounding in breathwork, Yin and strong Hatha practice. Expect to be challenged, to ask questions, and to leave with a more refined sense of what you're offering when you cue a pose or place your hands on a student.

Program

The program runs across 12 calendar days, with 10 full days of instruction from Day 2 through Day 11. Day 1 is arrival; Day 12 is departure.

Core Study Areas

Functional Anatomy & Biomechanics

  • Applied anatomy for asana, movement and injury prevention
  • Skeletal variation and myofascial lines
  • Nervous system and fascia in movement
  • Balancing stability, mobility and energetic flow
  • Breath anatomy as an alignment tool

Hands-On Adjustments & Energetic Touch

  • Principles of safe, consent-based touch
  • Reading subtle cues before physical contact
  • Grounding, extending and stabilising through touch
  • Partner and group labs for practical application
  • Verbal cueing and energetic presence as non-physical tools

Advanced Sequencing & Class Design

  • Intelligent sequencing arcs: intention → activation → integration
  • Energetic theming through elemental and Tantric lenses
  • Peak-pose progressions, counterposes and energetic balancing
  • Integrating meditation, pranayama and subtle awareness
  • Sequencing for mixed levels, private clients and therapeutic contexts

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the training, you will be able to:

  • Apply functional anatomy in real-world teaching
  • Deliver intelligent, creative sequencing with energetic awareness
  • Give confident, safe and intuitive hands-on adjustments
  • Apply yoga therapy principles to support different bodies and needs
  • Integrate NDST philosophy into physical practice and teaching methodology
  • Teach from sensitivity, confidence and embodied awareness

Benefits

  • Functional anatomy you can use — understand skeletal variation, myofascial lines and nervous system responses, then apply them immediately in teaching
  • Confident hands-on skills — practise safe, consent-based adjustments in partner labs until touch becomes intuitive and grounded
  • Intelligent sequencing — design classes that move beyond templates, balancing peak poses, counterposes and energetic themes
  • Yoga therapy foundations — learn to adapt practice for different bodies, injuries and therapeutic contexts
  • Refined teaching presence — integrate verbal cueing, energetic awareness and Tantric philosophy into your methodology
  • A clearer teaching voice — leave with the tools to guide students safely in both group and private settings

Meet your teachers
