10-Day 200-Hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training in Bali
Five styles, somatics and breathwork — ten days in Uluwatu with online modules you complete at your own pace.
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
A 200-hour hybrid Yoga Teacher Training built around the SVL Yoga Method™ — a multi-style system that weaves Hatha, Vinyasa, Embodied Flow, Yin and Ayurvedic yoga with somatics, breathwork, Ayurveda and yoga nidra.
Ten days in Bali at Tattva Uluwatu, paired with self-paced online modules you can start before or finish after you arrive. The curriculum covers anatomy, alignment, sequencing, teaching methodology and yogic philosophy alongside inner practices like self-inquiry and nervous system regulation.
Led by Ankit Chauhan, an E-RYT 500 teacher raised in Rishikesh with a Master's in Yogic Science. Suitable whether you intend to teach or are deepening your own practice — the training is built to support both paths.
The Training Experience
This training is built on four pillars, and they run in parallel throughout the ten days.
Multi-style asana. Five styles — Hatha, Vinyasa, Embodied Flow, Yin and Ayurvedic yoga — studied in labs that cover alignment, modifications, prop work and sequencing. You practise teaching from the first week, not just performing.
Somatics and embodied movement. Slower, awareness-led practice designed to surface and release holding patterns. This is the part of the day where the body's intelligence leads rather than the syllabus.
Holistic healing. Ayurveda, yoga nidra, mindfulness and self-inquiry — the contemplative side of the training. Sessions alternate between study and direct experience, so philosophy lands as something you feel rather than just read about.
Breathwork and nervous system regulation. Pranayama and breath-based practices threaded through the schedule to build clarity and resilience — tools you can use in your own practice and teach to others.
The tone is supportive rather than competitive. No comparison, no pressure to perform. If you want to teach, the methodology modules prepare you to sequence, cue and hold space for diverse students. If you are here for personal growth, the same curriculum turns inward. Every body is welcome, regardless of age, size or flexibility.
The hybrid format means you are not away for a full month: the online modules absorb the theory hours, and the ten days in Bali are where the embodied, relational and practical work happens in person.
Program
The training is split between self-paced online study and ten residential days in Bali.

About the organizer
Ankit Chauhan
SVL Yoga began in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, before expanding to Bali. The school was founded on the belief that yoga education should honour the whole person — not just the poses — and blends Eastern holistic healing traditions with Western somatic embodiment practices.
Their mission is to place holistic healing and embodiment at the centre of yoga teacher education, training teachers to lead with somatic awareness and compassion.
