200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Bali
A comprehensive, Yoga Alliance–certified 200hr YTT rooted in Ashtanga and Yin traditions
This 30-day immersive teacher training is designed for dedicated practitioners who wish to share the gift of yoga with others. Fully Yoga Alliance certified, it covers asana, pranayama, philosophy, anatomy, and the art of teaching.
The programme runs in two annual cohorts (July and October) and is limited to 12 students per cohort to ensure personalised mentorship. Accommodation and all meals are included.
Upon graduation you will receive your Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certificate and be listed in the international Yoga Alliance registry.

Asana & Sequencing
Primary Series Ashtanga, Yin fundamentals, and trauma-informed adjustments.
Philosophy & Ethics
Daily Schedule
06:30 – Self-practice · 08:00 – Breakfast · 09:00 – Morning module (3h)
12:30 – Lunch · 14:00 – Afternoon module (2h) · 17:00 – Group practice
19:00 – Dinner · 20:00 – Philosophy study or free time · 21:30 – Lights out
Accommodation & Meals
Students are housed in comfortable shared twin rooms within the Yoga Barn compound. Three plant-based meals per day are included. Private room upgrades are available at extra cost.
