This is a daily wellness retreat in Bali, not a monthly group gathering. You arrive and depart on your own dates, following the venue's daily program rather than joining a cohort that starts and ends together.

The 21-day stay centers on Traditional Balinese Watukaru Yoga, Tai Chi, and meditation, with sound healing sessions twice during your time here. You'll have a private room, three meals daily, and spa treatments every other day. Cultural activities rotate through a schedule set by the venue — cooking classes, village cycling, painting workshops, and beach trips.

Optional elements include a 7-day juice detox and a digital detox challenge. The retreat is set among rice paddies near Pasut beach, away from Bali's main tourist centers.

Suitable for anyone seeking an extended break with daily yoga structure, cultural immersion, and time to slow down.

Note: Activities are scheduled by the venue and not subject to participant choice.

The Retreat Experience

Mornings begin with breakfast, then a Watukaru Yoga session overlooking rice paddies. The practice draws from traditional Balinese martial arts and meditation, distinct from the Hatha or Vinyasa you might practice at home. After yoga, the middle of the day is yours — silent time, a walk, a nap, or time with a book.

Lunch is served midday. Afternoons bring either a 60-minute Balinese massage (every other day) or a cultural activity from the rotating schedule. One day you might be cycling through a local village; another, learning to make Canang Sari offerings or pressing organic coconut oil. The schedule is set by the venue, so you step into what's offered rather than choosing your own path.

Two sound healing sessions are woven into your stay, using traditional instruments to work with vibration and frequency. These sit alongside the daily rhythm rather than dominating it.

The food is vegetarian and vegan, sourced locally and prepared on-site. If you choose the optional 7-day juice detox, meals shift to fresh juices for that period. The venue encourages a digital detox as well — stepping away from screens for the full 21 days earns you a surprise gift.

Evenings are quiet. Dinner is shared, then the night is your own. The rice paddies and beach views create a backdrop that stays steady throughout your stay — spacious, green, and removed from the busier parts of the island.

This retreat works if you want structure without rigidity, cultural immersion alongside your practice, and a long enough stay to actually slow down. The 21 days give you time to settle in ways a week never allows.
