A four-day sound healing training covering both group sound baths and one-to-one sessions with Tibetan singing bowls. The course balances theory — origins, brainwave states, chakra associations, bowl metals — with hands-on practice in a dedicated sound dome built for acoustic resonance.

You leave with a SKY Sound Healing Course Certificate, a full course manual, and the technique to lead sessions on your own. Suitable whether you are new to singing bowls or adding sound work to an existing practice.

Choose the all-inclusive package with accommodation and meals in the eco-village, or attend as a day student if you are already in Ubud.

The Training Experience

The training unfolds across three teaching days in the eco-village, with practice sessions held in a dedicated sound dome whose acoustics are shaped for Tibetan bowls. You can hear the difference the space makes — the tones carry further, the vibrations settle deeper.

The first teaching day moves through the foundations: where singing bowls come from, the science of sound vibration, how brainwave states respond, and how metals, notes and chakras relate to each bowl. The afternoon shifts to your hands — how to strike, how to sing, how to vary intensity, how to work with water in the bowl, how to cleanse a space before you play. You practise each technique as you learn it.

The second teaching day splits between group and individual work. The morning covers the full structure of a group sound bath — preparation, intention-setting, bowl positioning, playing sequences, the practical tick-list you need when a room full of people is lying down with their eyes closed. The afternoon turns to one-to-one healing: each chakra and its corresponding bowl (C through B), how to listen to a client, how to structure a session, and the self-protection routine to use before and after.

On the final morning you prepare and teach your own session — group or one-to-one — under teacher supervision, with personal feedback before the group exam and certification.

The group stays small. Instruction is close, questions get answered as they come up, and there is time to refine your technique rather than rushing through the material.

What you take home

  • Confidence to lead sessions — built through supervised practice and a teaching exam on the final morning.
  • A complete technique toolkit — striking, singing, intensity work, water play, space cleansing, and pre-practice rituals, all practised in the sound dome.
  • Group and one-to-one formats — structured approaches to both, including bowl positioning, session flow, and client listening.
  • Chakra-based sound healing knowledge — each chakra mapped to its corresponding bowl, grounded in theory and applied in practice.
  • A SKY Sound Healing Course Certificate and manual — your credential and reference for teaching after the course.
  • A peaceful setting for focused learning — the jungle eco-village keeps the outside world at a distance while you train.
