50-Hour Prana Breathwork Teacher Training on Nusa Ceningan, Bali
Seven days of rebirthing, holotropic, pranayama and freediving breath — taught in a small group on a quiet lagoon, with a Yoga Alliance certificate at the end.
50-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
A seven-day, 50-hour Yoga Alliance (YACEP) breathwork facilitator training on Nusa Ceningan, a small island between Nusa Lembongan and Bali. The curriculum spans rebirthing, shamanic, holotropic and Wim Hof-inspired breathwork, freediving breath techniques, pranayama, meditation and kriyas — taught through theory, practice-teaching and daily guided sessions.
You stay in an antique teak house on the lagoon with direct sea access, a private pool, and a group capped at nine. Meals are not included; the island's warungs and beachfront cafés are a short walk away.
Led by Wolf Kinsmen — trained directly by Wim Hof, certified freediver, native flutist — this is a training for people ready to guide breathwork, and for practitioners wanting to deepen their own relationship with the breath.
The Training Experience
The days follow a steady rhythm. Mornings begin before the heat in pre-dawn silence — yoga and meditation on the deck, with the lagoon below and the sea beyond. After breakfast out on the island, you return for theory: the mechanics of respiration, the nervous system's relationship to breath, the philosophy underpinning each technique. Lunch is another walk to a local warung or beachfront spot, then a long, unstructured afternoon hour for swimming, walking the ridge trails, or simply sitting with what came up.
The afternoon session turns practical. You learn to hold space — how to build a grounded container for deep emotional release, how to use your voice with clarity and projection, how to navigate what arises when the breath goes deep. Then you practise. Role-play, peer feedback, finding the cadence that is yours rather than a copy of someone else's.
The deep work lands at sunset. Breathwork journeys accompanied by live native flute, the analytical mind loosening as the light drops. Evenings are unhurried: the group wanders out together for dinner at one of the island's toes-in-the-sand spots, sharing what the day surfaced before heading back to the house.
The setting does a lot of the teaching. The Old Wooden House is surrounded by water on all sides — vast windows face the lagoon, the views shifting from golden dawns to wide Bali sunsets. Steps lead straight into the sea. The group is small enough that the work stays personal, and the island is quiet enough that the silence between sessions is real.

Location
The training is held at The Beach Woods on Nusa Ceningan, a small island off Bali's southeast coast. Ceningan sits between Nusa Lembongan and Bali's mainland, connected by a short bridge.
The island is quiet and village-like. Internet connectivity is not always strong. September is peak dry season — clear skies, low humidity, warm turquoise waters, and daytime temperatures around 28°C.
