A seven-day, self-paced stay in a private pool villa in Kuta, Lombok, built around strength training, daily spa treatments and recovery. Two personal training sessions in a fully equipped gym, a daily massage or healing ritual with your own spa therapist, and open access to a cold plunge and infrared sauna — all on your schedule, not a group's.

The resort sits among green hills, a kilometre from the coast, with a restaurant serving protein-forward and international dishes. Breakfast is prepared to your preferences; lunch and dinner are available on request for an additional charge.

Designed for solo travellers who want a week of physical restoration and personal rhythm — no fixed timetable, no shared rooms, no group programming.

The Retreat Experience

This retreat has no group schedule. You set the pace each day, and the structure is built around what your body asks for rather than what a timetable dictates.

Mornings typically start with breakfast in your villa, prepared by the resort's chef to your dietary preferences — gathered through a questionnaire after you book. From there, a session in the VIP Gym: two days of the week include one-to-one personal training with a resident coach, and the remaining days are yours to train independently on LifeFitness and Panatta equipment. The gym is air-conditioned and open until late.

Recovery follows movement. A cycle of cold plunge and infrared sauna is available daily, and your assigned spa therapist is on hand for a treatment each afternoon — lymphatic drainage, Japanese head spa, or another modality from the resort's menu, tailored to what you need that day. Spa services run until the early evening.

The afternoons open up. The coast is a short ride away; the resort offers bicycles, and the beaches around Kuta are known for quiet stretches of sand and clear water. Or you stay in: read by your private pool, nap in the garden, move through the villa's indoor-outdoor space at whatever speed feels right.

Evenings are unhurried. Dinner can be taken at The Vibe Restaurant — handcrafted pizzas, protein-rich plates, and a fusion of international and healthy cuisine — or delivered to your villa. The restaurant is an additional charge, as are any meals beyond breakfast.

The week suits people who travel alone and want a mix of physical work and genuine rest, without the structure of a group retreat pressing them forward. You leave stronger, more rested, and more in touch with what your body actually needs.
