Private One-Night Reset Retreat in Ubud, Bali
A personalised workshop, a dark room massage, and a night in a quiet Ubud resort — structured around you, not a group.
A private, one-night retreat in Ubud built around personal guidance, bodywork, and stillness. You arrive in the afternoon, move through a workshop and breathwork session shaped to where you are, receive a 90-minute massage in a dark room, and have the evening to yourself before dinner and an early night.
The next morning brings breakfast and a closing session before you leave at midday. The program stays small and flexible — adapted to your situation rather than following a fixed syllabus — and the resort handles the rest: a private room, a pool, and meals prepared on site.
The Retreat Experience
This is a retreat for one person, or two if you choose the shared room, with no group schedule to join and no strangers to meet. The structure is light: a workshop, a breathwork or meditation session, a long massage, and the hours in between are yours.
The workshop is personalised — Prakhar shapes it around what you bring, whether that is stress, a life transition, burnout, or simply the need to stop and think. The breathwork and meditation sessions follow the same principle: adapted to your experience and what feels useful on the day.
The 90-minute massage takes place in a dark room, which is the retreat's signature practice and the point where most people let go of whatever they were still holding. After that, the afternoon opens up: swim in the pool, sit in the garden, or sleep.
Dinner is served in the evening, and the next morning you have breakfast and a final session before check-out. The whole stay is short enough to fit around a working week and unhurried enough to feel like time off from everything.
