100-Hour Breathwork Teacher Training in Ubud
Six days bridging traditional pranayama, breath science, and trauma-informed facilitation — with a certification to teach when you leave.
100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
This 100-hour breathwork teacher training is a tuition-only program that runs over six days in Ubud, Bali. You'll study the physiology of breath, traditional pranayama, and modern conscious connected breathing — and leave with a certification to teach.
The curriculum covers breath science, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed facilitation, and the practical business of running breathwork sessions. Days blend morning practice, theory blocks, and hands-on facilitation where you guide and are guided by your cohort.
Suited to yoga teachers, wellness professionals, and anyone building a breathwork practice from the ground up. The training is intensive: expect long days of study, breathing journeys, and practice teaching.
The Training Experience
The training bridges two things that often sit apart: the felt experience of breathwork and the mechanics of teaching it safely. You'll spend mornings in traditional pranayama, meditation, and gentle movement — a sadhana that grounds the day before the theory begins.
Theory blocks cover the anatomy of breathing, how conscious connected breath influences the nervous system, and the trauma-informed protocols that keep a session safe. This is where you learn what's happening in the body when someone is breathing deeply, and what to watch for as a facilitator.
The afternoons turn practical. You'll participate in full Conscious Connected Breathwork journeys, then break them down: how to sequence a session, how to hold space, how to respond when someone's process intensifies. You'll practise facilitating with your cohort and receive feedback from the teachers.
Between sessions, the pace slows. The centre has air-conditioned practice spaces, a garden and terrace for breaks, and meals served on site. The surrounding area is quiet Ubud — rice fields, small cafés, the Arjuna statue a short drive away.
You leave with the certification, but also with something harder to name: the felt sense of what a breathwork session actually asks of the person leading it.
Program
Six days, three pillars each day:
- Morning sadhana — traditional pranayama, meditation, and supportive movement to open the day.
- Theory and anatomy blocks — breath science, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed safety, and the business of breathwork.
- Practical and experiential journeys — hands-on facilitation practice, sequencing work, and full Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions where you breathe and learn to hold space.
The program moves from foundational breath science through to advanced facilitation across the six days. Integration time is built in between the intensive blocks.
What you'll take home
- 100-hour breathwork teaching certification — a credential you can use to lead group and private sessions.
- A working knowledge of breath science — anatomy, nervous system regulation, and how different techniques affect the body.
- Trauma-informed facilitation skills — protocols for holding space safely, including how to respond when a session intensifies.
- A sequencing framework — a ready-to-use structure for building breathwork sessions of different lengths and intentions.
- Practical teaching hours — time spent facilitating your cohort and receiving direct feedback.
- A personal practice deepened — six days of daily pranayama and breathwork journeys that tend to shift how you breathe on your own.
