100-Hour Hybrid Yoga, Somatics & Holistic Healing Teacher Training in Bali
Five yoga styles, somatics, breathwork, and Ayurveda — ten days in Bali plus self-paced online modules, leading to Yoga Alliance certification.
100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
A 100-hour hybrid yoga teacher training blending ten days in Bali with self-paced online modules you can start before or after your stay. The curriculum covers five yoga styles — Hatha, Vinyasa, Embodied Flow, Yin, and Ayurvedic Yoga — alongside somatics, breathwork, Ayurveda, and Yoga Nidra. You graduate with Yoga Alliance certification (YACEP).
The program suits both aspiring teachers building a multi-style toolkit and practitioners deepening their own practice through inner work and nervous system regulation. No single style dominates; the training treats yoga as a spectrum.
The Training Experience
This is not a single-lineage training. Across ten days in Bali you move through five distinct yoga styles, each taught with attention to alignment, sequencing, and the practical mechanics of cueing a room. Asana labs break postures down functionally; prop work and modifications are standard, not an afterthought. You learn to build classes for different bodies, not just your own.
The somatics thread runs underneath everything. Slow, mindful movement sessions focus on body awareness and releasing held tension — the kind of practice that changes how you inhabit your own skin, and how you eventually guide others. Breathwork sessions work with the nervous system directly: techniques for regulation, for releasing stored stress, for finding clarity under pressure.
The holistic layer brings in Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and self-inquiry. These are not theoretical add-ons; they are woven into the daily rhythm and the teaching methodology. You study yoga philosophy and yogic lifestyle not as history but as something applicable — to your practice, your teaching, and the weeks after you go home.
Anatomy and physiology sessions are functional: biomechanics you can use to keep students safe and to understand why a posture works the way it does. Teaching methodology covers sequencing for diverse groups, adjustments, and class design. By the end, you have taught, been observed, and received feedback.
The online component — accessible before or after Bali — extends the training beyond the residential window. You arrive prepared or leave with material still unfolding. Either way, the ten days are the immersive centre: long training days, shared meals, a community that forms quickly when the work is this involved.
The tone is inclusive and non-competitive. The training explicitly welcomes every body, regardless of age, size, or flexibility. If you want to teach, you leave equipped. If you are here for your own growth, the structure holds that too.

The program*
Ten residential days in Bali, structured around four pillars:
- Multi-style yoga practice — Hatha, Vinyasa, Embodied Flow, Yin, and Ayurvedic Yoga. Each style taught with focus on alignment, breath, and mindful cueing.
- Somatics & embodied movement — Slow, awareness-based movement to release holding patterns and reconnect with the body's intelligence.
- Holistic healing modalities — Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, meditation, self-inquiry, and yogic lifestyle. Ancient systems applied to modern practice.
- Breathwork & nervous system regulation — Pranayama and breath-based practices for stress release, clarity, and resilience.

About the organizer
Ankit Chauhan
The school was founded in Rishikesh, the traditional birthplace of yoga, before expanding to Bali. Its approach blends Eastern holistic healing with Western somatic embodiment — a response to seeing students push their bodies into performance while neglecting inner experience.
The mission is to place holistic healing and embodiment at the centre of yoga education, training teachers to lead with somatic wisdom and compassion. Programs are designed to be accessible: hybrid formats for those who cannot take a full month away, and an explicitly inclusive environment regardless of age, size, or background.
