200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

200 hours Yoga Alliance

Combine 100 hours of onsite intensive practice with 100 hours of flexible online study to earn your 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification. Set in Uluwatu, just minutes from Bingin Beach, this training builds a strong foundation in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga while introducing you to the mechanics of Aerial, Acro, and Yin.

Designed for practitioners ready to step into the seat of a teacher, the program prioritises actual teaching experience. Rather than rushing through sequences, the curriculum slows down to focus on alignment, functional anatomy, and intelligent class design, ensuring you leave with the confidence to guide others.

The Training Experience

Each morning begins with stillness. You start with meditation and pranayama to arrive into your body before moving into a structured Hatha or Vinyasa practice. Over the ten days, this repetition builds familiarity, allowing you to move with more awareness and stability.

Afternoons are dedicated to the mechanics of the practice. In Asana Labs, you explore key postures closely, learning variations, prop usage, and how to adapt poses for different bodies. Functional anatomy is taught practically, connecting muscle and joint function directly to what you experience on the mat so you understand how to sequence safely.

Teaching is the core focus of the program. You begin practising early, guiding small sections of a class and receiving direct, supportive feedback. By the end of the intensive, you will have the tools and confidence to sequence and lead a full 75-minute practice.

To expand your understanding of movement, each week includes an introductory class in Aerial, Acro, and Yin yoga. These sessions teach you different approaches to balance, trust, and nervous system regulation.

The onsite intensive is paired with 100 hours of required online study. You have lifetime access to these video modules, which cover philosophy, anatomy, and business essentials, allowing you to complete the remaining hours at your own pace before or after your time in Bali.

The training follows a structured, full-day rhythm. Check-in is at 2:00 PM on the first day, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the final day.
