A two-week reset on Bali's west coast: daily yoga, a daily 60-minute Balinese massage, two sound healing sessions, a breathwork and ice-bath workshop, and a different cultural activity each afternoon. A complimentary juice detox of up to seven days runs alongside the program for those who want it.

The retreat is based at Green Point Retreats among rice paddies, with ocean views and a black-sand beach within walking distance. Mornings centre on practice; afternoons move between spa time, excursions, and free hours in the garden. Every session is optional — the schedule is full, but nothing is compulsory.

The Retreat Experience

Two weeks is long enough to settle — past the arrival buzz, past the first few massages, into a rhythm that starts to feel ordinary in the best way. Mornings begin with breakfast and a 90-minute yoga and meditation session, usually in the Balinese Watukaru style with Hatha and Vinyasa also taught across the program. The rest of the day unfolds at a slower pace.

A 60-minute Balinese massage is scheduled every day of your stay — not as an add-on, but as part of the daily rhythm. The two sound healing sessions use crystal bowls, chimes, and Balinese gongs; the 'Garden of Eden' breathwork and ice-bath workshop, guided by Charlotte, combines reflective journaling, rhythmic breathwork, and cold immersion as a reset for the nervous system.

Afternoons are given over to cultural activities — one different outing or workshop each day, from rice terrace trekking and waterfall swims to Balinese cooking classes, painting workshops, offering-making, and Tai Chi with Master Ky. The schedule is posted on a whiteboard each morning; if you'd rather skip and spend the afternoon in the garden or by the rice fields, that's equally welcome.

The optional juice detox (up to seven days) is personalised on arrival — the kitchen adjusts the program to what your body can sustain, and if juice fasting isn't right for you, meals can be tailored to a lighter normal diet instead. A digital detox challenge is also available, with a small gift for those who take it up.

By the end of two weeks the daily massage, the morning practice, and the afternoons spent outside the retreat walls tend to produce the same result: you leave noticeably quieter, stretched, and well-fed — whether on plant-based meals or fresh juice.

Program

The schedule is structured but never compulsory. Every activity is optional, and 'me time' is built into the day.

Arrival day

Check-in from mid-afternoon. Settle into your room, receive a complimentary healing massage, discuss the juice detox program with the team if you're joining it, and join that day's afternoon cultural activity. The stay opens with a welcome dinner or a detox evening routine.

Days 2–13

  • Morning: Nourishing breakfast or detox routine, followed by a 90-minute yoga and meditation session (Balinese Watukaru, Hatha, or Vinyasa).
  • Midday: Lunch or detox routine.
  • Afternoon: A daily 60-minute Balinese massage, followed by a cultural activity or excursion (typically 1–3 hours, starting around 2:30–3:00 pm; the day's program is posted on the whiteboard each morning).
  • Evening: Dinner or detox routine.

The two sound healing sessions and the breathwork and ice-bath workshop are scheduled at points during these twelve days.

Departure day

A final morning yoga session and massage, followed by lunch and checkout in the early afternoon.

Accommodation

Private Ensuite Room

A private room with a private bathroom, air conditioning, shower, desk, balcony, and wardrobe. The retreat centre offers both modern and wooden bungalow rooms; allocation is based on availability at the time of your stay. The room is single occupancy.

Food & meals

Three plant-based meals are served daily — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and traditional Balinese flavours. The menu centres on seasonal fruit and vegetables, whole grains, fresh herbs, and plant-based proteins.

For those joining the juice detox, the kitchen prepares nutrient-dense juices designed to support the body's natural detoxification while keeping you hydrated and energised. The program is personalised on arrival, and if a full juice fast isn't right for you, meals can be adjusted to a lighter normal diet.

Gluten-free, nut-free, and other allergy adjustments are accommodated with advance notice. The program is designed for general participation and may not be suitable for guests with complicated dietary requirements that need specialist care.

Location

The retreat is hosted at Green Point Retreats, on Bali's west coast among rice paddies with views of Pasut beach — a quiet black-sand shore within walking distance. The setting is rural and coastal, away from the busier tourist centres of the south.

Complimentary airport pickup is included on arrival; airport drop-off can be arranged for an additional fee.

About the venue

Green Point Retreats is a dedicated wellness centre set among tropical gardens and rice fields. The property hosts yoga and meditation sessions on-site and is designed as a sanctuary for multi-day stays, with practice spaces, garden areas for quiet time, and a spa for the daily massage program.

They work with a wide range of clients — individuals, corporations, universities, charities, and studios — and run classes, workshops, and retreats internationally.
