300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

300 hours Yoga Alliance

A 300-hour, Yoga Alliance-certified teacher training designed for already-certified instructors ready to deepen their teaching. Twenty-one days in Uluwatu, Bali, combining daily asana practice, anatomy, philosophy, and extensive teaching methodology with weekly sessions in aerial, acro, yin, and Ashtanga yoga.

The program is structured around building real teaching confidence: you practise leading classes from the first week, progressing toward full 75-minute sessions by the end. Functional anatomy, hands-on adjustments, and alignment labs run throughout, grounded in how bodies actually move.

A 130-hour online course supplements the in-person training and remains accessible for life. Accommodation ranges from tuition-only to on-site bungalows at Le Bamboo Resort, with vegetarian breakfast included on training days.

The Training Experience

Mornings start with stillness — meditation and pranayama before the first movement. From there, the day unfolds through structured hatha or vinyasa practice, teaching methodology, asana labs, and afternoon philosophy and anatomy sessions. The pace is deliberate rather than rushed: sequences are slowed down so alignment, breath, and transitions become things you feel rather than perform.

Teaching practice is woven into every week. You begin guiding short sections of class early and build toward leading a full 75-minute practice by the final week. Feedback is direct and specific, covering sequencing, class design, communication, and how to hold space for different bodies and levels. The intention is that you leave not just certified, but genuinely ready to step in front of a class.

Each week also includes 90-minute sessions in aerial, acro, yin, and Ashtanga yoga — styles that expand your movement vocabulary and teaching range. Aerial yoga uses custom-designed swings with cushioned padding, focusing on safe technique rather than complicated wraps. Acro yoga introduces partner-based movement that builds trust and coordination. Yin, restorative, and yoga nidra bring the pace down for fascia release and nervous system recovery. Ashtanga offers a structured, repeatable sequence that bridges hatha precision with vinyasa flow.

Asana labs give you time to examine postures closely: alignment, variations, modifications with props, and hands-on adjustments grounded in safety. Functional anatomy connects directly to what you experience on the mat — why certain cues matter, how injuries happen, how to adapt for different bodies.

Philosophy is treated as something to live with, not just study. Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, the eight limbs, chakras, gunas, and foundational Ayurveda are explored through discussion, reflection, and journaling, with a focus on how these ideas apply to daily practice and teaching.

Saturdays are half-days; Sundays are fully free. Time to surf, visit temples, or simply rest.
