300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

300 hours

This is an advanced 25-day, 300-hour multi-style yoga teacher training in Ubud, Bali, for certified 200-hour teachers ready to deepen their practice and expand what they can teach. The curriculum moves through Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Kundalini, supported by in-depth modules in anatomy, philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and teaching methodology. Graduates receive a Yoga Alliance-certified 300-hour qualification.

You'll study with a team of eight teachers — from Himalayan-trained instructors to a Balinese yogi who found the practice through his own healing — and live on-site with three vegetarian meals a day, excursions, and enough structure to take you from student to confident teacher.

The Training Experience

This program is built for teachers who already have their 200-hour certification and want to go further. That means the days are full and the learning is layered: morning asana and meditation set the body for study, afternoons move into workshops and hands-on teaching practice, and evenings close with group discussions or guided meditation.

The multi-style approach is the spine of the training. You'll move between Hatha's precision, Ashtanga's discipline, Vinyasa's flow, Yin's long holds, and Kundalini's breath-and-energy work — not as a sampler, but as a study of how each tradition approaches the same questions. Anatomy and alignment classes run alongside philosophy and pranayama, so the physical and the theoretical develop together.

Practice teaching is woven through the course from the start. You'll lead sessions, receive feedback, and refine your sequencing and adjustments in real time with your peers. By the final week, the goal is that you can teach any of the styles you've studied with clarity and confidence.

The setting supports the intensity. Ubud is Bali's cultural centre, and the training includes excursions and cultural experiences that take you out of the classroom and into the island's traditions. Between sessions there is time to rest, reflect, and process — the schedule is structured, but not every hour is accounted for.

You arrive as a 200-hour teacher. You leave as a 300-hour teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance, and with a teaching toolkit that spans five distinct styles and a deeper understanding of what holds them together.

Program

Check-in: 12:30 PM | Check-out: 12:30 PM

The daily schedule balances practice, study, and rest across a structured rhythm:

  • Mornings — Yoga asana, meditation, and pranayama sessions to begin the day
  • Mid-morning — Theory classes: yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, and teaching methodology
  • Afternoons — Asana practice, style-specific workshops, alignment and adjustment work, and practice teaching sessions
  • Evenings — Group discussions, guided meditation, or community events

Meals, rest breaks, and personal time are built into each day. Weekend excursions and cultural experiences take you into the surrounding area of Bali.

The program spans 25 days and covers Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Kundalini, with specialized modules in Mudras, Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, Kriyas, and Mantras.
