28-Day 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Uluwatu, Bali
Three weeks of Hatha and Vinyasa, a specialty week of your choice, and daily teaching practice at an ocean-view shala near Bingin Beach.
300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
A 28-day, Yoga Alliance-accredited 300-hour teacher training for already-certified instructors ready to deepen their teaching. Three weeks of Hatha and Vinyasa build your foundation — alignment labs, functional anatomy, daily teaching practice — followed by a specialty week in Aerial, Ashtanga, or Yin Yoga.
You will teach from week one and lead a full 75-minute class by the end. The training runs at an ocean-view shala near Bingin Beach in Uluwatu, Bali, with 75 hours of online study completed before or after your time onsite.
Requires a completed 200-hour YTT. Teaching experience not necessary — regular personal practice is.
The Training Experience
This is a training built around repetition and refinement, not spectacle. Mornings begin in stillness — meditation and pranayama before the body moves. From there, a structured Hatha or Vinyasa practice guided with precision. The pace is deliberate. Sequences are not rushed through; they are slowed down so you can feel alignment, breath, and transition clearly.
Over the three core weeks, themes like chakra awareness, nervous system regulation, and intelligent sequencing are introduced practically — applied in your own practice first, then in your teaching. By the end, your movement is less reactive and more intentional. Your understanding of why you cue what you cue is grounded in functional anatomy rather than convention.
The specialty week shifts the lens. Choose Aerial Yoga (practiced on custom cushioned swings, beginner-friendly and focused on safe technique), Ashtanga (a structured sequence that bridges Hatha's steadiness with Vinyasa's flow), or Yin and Restorative (long-held postures, full prop support, Yoga Nidra — the inward turn that balances the dynamic weeks). Acro Yoga appears weekly throughout the training: partner-based, playful, a consistent ice-breaker.
Teaching practice is where this training earns its reputation. You begin guiding small sections of class early and build toward leading a full 75-minute session before you leave. Feedback is direct and supportive. Sequencing, class design, communication, holding space — all are practised, not just discussed.
Philosophy is treated as something to live with. Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, the 8 Limbs, chakras, gunas, foundational Ayurveda — approached through discussion, reflection, and journaling. The question is always how it applies to your life and your teaching, not how well you can recite it.
You also receive access to a full 200-hour online course and 75 hours of required online study — videos covering all topics, progress automatically tracked. You can complete these before arrival, after departure, or at your own pace with up to two years of access.

Benefits
- Teach with confidence — daily teaching practice from week one, building to a full 75-minute class before you leave.
- Understand alignment deeply — asana labs and functional anatomy connect what you feel on the mat to how muscles, joints, and fascia actually work.
- Offer safe, informed adjustments — hands-on techniques taught with care, grounded in anatomy and respect.
- Sequence with intention — intelligent sequencing and class design practised and refined, not just outlined.
- Add a specialty to your teaching — a focused 50-hour module in Aerial, Ashtanga, or Yin that sets you apart.
- Ground your teaching in philosophy — Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and the 8 Limbs explored as living tools, not abstract study.
- Continue learning after you leave — 75 hours of online study plus a full 200-hour online course, accessible for up to two years.
