29-Day 200-Hour Functional and Somatic Yoga Teacher Training in Canggu
An all-inclusive residential training bridging traditional yoga with applied anatomy, psychology, and shadow work — taught on an exclusive-use venue in Bali.
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
A 29-day, all-inclusive 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Canggu, Bali. The curriculum bridges traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and therapeutic yoga with applied anatomy, psychology, and shadow work — taught by a team that includes a registered physiotherapist and a trained psychotherapist.
You receive Yoga Alliance certification on completion, with two full practicums and direct feedback to prepare you for teaching. Accommodation, two daily meals, and all course materials are included, with the venue held exclusively for your cohort.
The Training Experience
This is an intensive, residential training held entirely on-site. The venue is yours for the full 29 days — no shared spaces with outside guests, which creates the container for deeper work. The program is complete on graduation day: no additional hours or self-study required afterward.
The teaching team combines Eastern lineage study with Western clinical backgrounds. Anatomy is taught by a physiotherapist; psychology and shadow work are guided by a trained psychotherapist. This means the training addresses the body and the mind with professional rigor, not just yogic aspiration.
You move through over 60 asanas, multiple yoga styles, pranayama, meditation, mudras, kriyas, and philosophy — from the Yoga Sutras to Tantra to Ayurveda. Practicums build teaching confidence in real time, with feedback from instructors who have trained teachers across multiple continents.
The tone is supportive but direct. Expect to be challenged in your practice and your self-understanding, with the space and guidance to process what comes up. This suits students ready for an immersive, transformative month, not a light holiday with yoga on the side.
