300-Hour Hybrid Yoga, Somatic & Holistic Healing Teacher Training in Uluwatu, Bali
Ten days in Bali, five yoga styles, somatics and breathwork — with self-paced online modules to complete the full 300 hours.
300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
A 300-hour hybrid yoga teacher training blending multi-style asana, somatic movement, breathwork, and holistic healing. Ten days in-person in Uluwatu, Bali, paired with self-paced online modules you can begin before or complete after your stay.
The curriculum covers five yoga styles — Hatha, Vinyasa, Embodied Flow, Yin, and Ayurvedic Yoga — alongside functional anatomy, alignment labs, teaching methodology, Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, and nervous system regulation through breathwork. Yoga Alliance accredited certification is awarded on successful completion of both the online and in-person components.
Suitable for practising students ready to deepen their practice or step into teaching with a broader, embodiment-led toolkit.
The Training Experience
This training is built around four pillars, woven together across the ten days rather than taught in isolation.
Multi-style asana forms the physical spine. You'll practise and learn to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Embodied Flow, Yin, and Ayurvedic Yoga — moving between styles to understand how each serves different bodies and intentions. Asana labs focus on intelligent alignment, functional anatomy, sequencing, cueing, prop work, and safe adjustments. The aim is teaching confidence grounded in anatomical understanding, not memorised scripts.
Somatics and embodied movement slow the pace deliberately. These sessions develop body awareness and offer tools for releasing long-held physical and emotional patterns — work that sits alongside the more active asana practice and informs how you'll eventually hold space for others.
Holistic healing modalities widen the frame beyond the mat. Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, self-inquiry, and yogic lifestyle studies give you a broader vocabulary for understanding balance, restoration, and the inner dimensions of practice.
Breathwork and nervous system regulation thread through the program as both practice and teaching material. You'll learn breath-based techniques for stress release, clarity, and resilience — tools you can use yourself and offer future students.
The in-person days in Bali are structured and immersive, balanced with time to integrate, rest, and connect with the group. The online modules extend the learning beyond the ten days, so the training doesn't end when you leave the island.
