50-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

50 hours

A 50-hour hybrid teacher training in yin yoga and breathwork, combining four nights in Bali with self-paced online modules you can complete before or after the in-person immersion.

The curriculum covers yin foundations and functional anatomy, conscious breathwork, mindfulness, and teaching methodology — with daily guided practice in a supportive group setting. Suitable for those seeking to teach with confidence or deepen their personal practice.

The hybrid format makes this accessible if you cannot step away for a full month: start online anytime, then arrive in Bali for the residential component.

The Training Experience

Five days built around stillness, breath, and the art of holding space. The structure balances deep learning with practice — mornings of theory, afternoons of guided sessions, evenings free.

You will study the Taoist origins of yin yoga, learning to work with prop-supported, long-held passive poses that target connective tissues and joints. Functional anatomy runs throughout: how the nervous system responds to stress, what happens during relaxation, and why these practices promote physical and mental health.

Breathwork and mindfulness form the second pillar. You will practise conscious techniques to regulate energy flow and emotional equilibrium, integrating mindfulness to foster inner stillness.

Daily guided sessions give you space to release tension, quiet the mind, and embody what you are learning. This is where theory becomes felt experience.

The teaching methodology module prepares you to instruct with confidence: verbal cues, sequencing, intelligent use of props, professional class planning, and how to create supportive environments for your students.

The hybrid format respects that life continues outside the retreat. Online modules let you learn at your own pace — before you arrive, after you leave, or both. The in-person week is the immersion; the online work is the integration.
