50-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

50 hours

A 7-day, 50-hour aerial yoga teacher training in Ubud, Bali, led by Om Breathe Yoga School. The curriculum covers hammock foundations, inversions, anatomy, teaching methodology and sequencing, with daily pranayama, meditation and sound healing woven through the schedule.

Suitable for both newcomers to aerial yoga and experienced practitioners looking to teach. Training days are structured and full, running from early morning meditation through evening relaxation, with breaks for meals and rest.

You leave with a 50-Hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Om Breathe Yoga School.

The Training Experience

This is a structured teacher training, not a retreat with a few classes attached. Days begin before 7am with pranayama and meditation, move into two hours of aerial yoga practice — building strength, flexibility and comfort with inversions — then into the technical side of teaching: how to cue, how to adjust, how to sequence a class safely. Afternoons cover anatomy and alignment, followed by workshops focused on specific skills such as therapeutic applications or flow building.

The hammock is your primary tool throughout the week. You learn foundational poses, spinal decompression techniques, safe transitions and how to assist students at different levels. Practice-teaching sessions are built into the curriculum, so you leave having already stood in front of a class.

Sound healing sessions and evening meditation close the days. The program also includes a kirtan session and group excursions during the week.

The school is set among rice fields and tropical forest outside central Ubud. Meals are vegetarian and prepared on-site. The atmosphere is immersive and community-oriented — you train, eat and stay in the same place with your cohort.
